Arranged a Park-Stay-Fly at the Four Points Sheraton in Schiller Park near the O’Hare airport before our flight on 6/15. That evening we saw the dance at a Quinceañera party in the ballroom. Took a brief video.

Next evening boarded Aer Lingus 124 Chicago to Dublin,Passport control for EU entry at DUB, 2.5 hour layover, then Dublin to Glasgow on a high-wing turboprop puddle jumper. I had forgotten how loud turbo prop planes are. We’re convinced the regional airline operator (Stobart) uses Chris O’Dowd for their recorded announcements. Into GLA around 2;30, collect luggage, cross the parking lot to the Glasgow Holiday Inn, check into room, and crash after 22.5 hours of travel. In the evening we venture down to the bar and are well taken care of by Rebecca and Steph with food and drink. We are there for three nights before the tour starts on Wednesday.
